My name is Emily and i am the founder and owner of
Olive & Oak Travel Company.

My lifelong love of travel stems from a deep curiosity about the world and an interest in the meaningful Lessons we learn when we step beyond the familiar.

Before transitioning into the travel industry, I spent over a decade working in veterinary medicine; a chapter of my life that allowed me the privilege of witnessing the profound connection between people and animals. It was also through animal rescue that I found the littlest love of my life; my sweet rescue pup, Olive, For whom this company is named.

As The pages turn to open this new chapter in my life, I’ve shifted focus from four-legged companions to two while Still remaining committed to creating those same meaningful journeys. Through bespoke travel, I aim to bring people closer to loved ones and to help them uncover more meaning from within.

While I specialize in beverage-focused travel (think wineries, breweries, bourbon trails, whiskey tastings, and more), as well as cultural exploration and ancestry-based Heritage tourism, I happily welcome any ideas that fall outside the ordinary.
